How do I send brownies to everyone on my gift list?

Option 1 - Create an account that will store your payment information. Each order must be entered separately but your payment information will only need to be entered once.

Option 2 (for 10+ orders) - Send your gift recipient address list electronically
We make it easy. Simply click here to download our gift list template, complete the information, and email it to info@vermontbrowniecompany.com.

Option 3 - The good old fashioned way; enter each order individually.

Can I choose a delivery date?

You can choose a 'preferred' delivery date in the comments section of the checkout. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive before or on the date requested.

The big question... when will my brownies arrive? What shipping method do you use?

As soon as we get your order it is placed on our baking calendar. All of our brownies are baked to order and contain no preservatives. Your brownies will be shipped to you within 1 to 5 five days of when the order is placed.

Please note that all packages are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail (2-3 business days). Please make sure to check your mail box! You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. We ship anywhere in the Continental United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada (Please Note: packages shipping to Canada take 6-10 business days). Overnight shipping available within the Continental United States. Please select Express Mail at checkout.

How much does it cost to ship my brownies?

We’re happy to offer $7.25 flat rate shipping and handling on orders up to $23.00 within the United States. This does not include wedding/event favor shipping.
S&H rates on orders over $23.00 and those going to Canada will appear at check out.


How long will my brownies stay fresh?

Well, that’s partly up to you! If you can resist eating them right away, we strongly suggest putting your gift box in the freezer. Brownies can also be refrigerated for up to two weeks. Please keep in mind that our brownies are free of preservatives so eating them ASAP is ideal.


How big are my brownies?

BIG! Approximate size is 2.5 X 2.75 X 1.


Can I order brownies by the pound?

YES! This is a real treat for our local customers. Brownies can be special ordered by the pound for $12.00/lb. That is approximately 20-25 bite size brownies.


What if I have allergies?

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t offer a nut free option because we bake in a kitchen that uses nuts. However, this is something we’d like to offer in the future.
All of our brownies contain wheat, eggs, milk and soy and are baked in a kitchen that also uses nuts.


Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase for a refund or replacement. They will be credited to the originating credit card.

Clothing may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused/unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless we messed up and sent you the wrong stuff.
